Management and Operation of Aquatic and Recreation Facilities

The Surf Coast Shire Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably experienced service providers for the provision of aquatic and recreational facilities management and operation services.

Details of the scope of service are set out in the tender documentation.

A Tender Briefing and Site Visit will be conducted on 4 February 2026. The briefing is not mandatory; however, Council highly recommends prospective tenderers attend.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by facsimile or email, will not be accepted.

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.
