Provision of an online community consultation and engagement platform for the Transport Portfolio

The platform should:

• Provide a suite of engagement tools including surveys, mapping tools and polls
• Allow for the creation and management of project pages to host multiple engagement tools
• Allow for the management of participants, project & engagement reporting and styling to meet State Government and Transport and Major Infrastructure Portfolio agency requirements
• Be hosted within Australia with all data captured and maintained within Australia
• Provide structured access controls within platform to allow hierarchical access across the site
• Meet WCAG 2.1 A accessibility standards with efforts shown to meet level WCAG 2.1 AA
• Meet Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 (PRIS Act) as it will come into effect on 1 July 2026.
• Provision for integration with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
• Successful completion of a Main Roads Cloud adoption checklist and security risk assessment clearance.
• Enforceable MFA for account access.
