Are you a community organisation providing a service for the local community and need a great office space?
We currently have modern office spaces available at Watanobbi Community Centre through an Expression of Interest:

Location: 1 Harrington Close, Watanobbi
• Office 1 – Total floor space 14m2
• Office 2 – Total floor space 11m2
• Office 3 – Total floor space 12m2
Combined total area: 37m2
• Office 2- Has roller shutter for greetings counter.
• Office 3- Has small handwash tap and basin.
• Access to shared modern kitchen, toilet facilities and outdoor space with sandpit.
• Off street parking and alarmed facility.
• Large multi-purpose Community Centre with hall and separate meeting room to hire, pending availability.
• Electricity, water, waste charges, maintenance costs are covered by Central Coast Council as part of the fee per annum.
