Hamlyn Terrace Community Centre office space hire agreement – expressions of interest

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Central Coast Council is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from community organisations and commercial operators to occupy office space at Hamlyn Terrace Community Centre through a hire agreement. Two large and one medium-sized modern office space are currently available.

About

• The space available consists of two (2) large and one (1) medium sized office spaces within the centre
• Hamlyn Terrace Community Centre is a multi-purpose facility with an activity room and a meeting room available for separate casual hire
• The centre is located at Hamlyn Terrace Sports Complex
• Electricity, water, and waste charges are covered by Central Coast Council

Eligibility

Applications are open to:

• Not-for-profit organisations
• Commercial (for profit) organisations
• Community groups
• Individual practitioners/private users

Council is seeking organisations, community groups, training providers, or individuals who provide services to the community. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to addressing the evolving needs of the local community and activating the site through community uses. To be considered, organisations will need to demonstrate that they meet the eligibility criteria outlined on the council's webpage.

The EOI application period is open until 15 September 2026. Applicants must complete the expression of interest application form by this date.
