⁠⁠⁠1. INVITATION TO TENDER

Metropolis Development Group Pty Ltd invites tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the clearance of trees, shrubs, and vegetation, including scraping undulations, on a site measuring approximately 1.59 hectares. The site is located at 7-9 Knoble Court, Shailer Park, QLD 4128. Start date for work- April/May 2025

Please note work for bulk earthworks is not required.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, the following:

Vegetation Clearance

-Cutting and removing trees, shrubs, and undergrowth from the designated area.

-Disposal of cut vegetation in accordance with environmental regulations.

Scraping of Undulations

-Light surface scraping to remove minor surface irregularities without undertaking major earthworks.

Site Cleaning

-Collection and disposal of all organic debris to an approved disposal site.

-Ensuring the cleared area is free from obstructions or hazards.

Environmental Compliance

-Adherence to local environmental guidelines for tree and vegetation removal.

-Ensuring minimal disturbance to surrounding areas.

3. SITE LOCATION & ACCESS

-The site is open for access should the bidder wish to inspect the property.

-Contractors are encouraged to visit the site before submission of their bids.

4. SUBMISSIONS BY CONTRACTOR

Interested contractors must provide:

-Valid business registration and relevant certifications and public liability insurance.

-Total number of business days required for site clearance work.

-The contractor shall submit a breakdown of costs, including labour, equipment, and disposal fees.

5. COMPLIANCE

-The contractor shall ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental standards/ regulations.
