Tender Description
Suitably qualified Building Contractors wishing to tender for the above project comprising the partial refurbishment of Paterson House and associated ‘works are required to register their interest.
Registration must include:
- Resume of work/capability statement/credit references/staffing arrangements:
- Commitment to the local area and local training:
- Location of administration;
- Management experience within the Rockhampton region;
- Resources and staffing within the Rockhampton region;
A limited number only of suitably qualified Contractors will be asked to tender on the project.
The selection of Tenderers will be at the sole discretion of the proprietor ~ Rockhampton Girls Grammar School. Please forward the registration to the office of the Architects before 2 pm Thursday, 6th April 2023.
