Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Georges River Council is seeking Tender applications for the lease agreement of a youth facility within the Georges River area currently known as "Penshurst Park Youth Facility" located at 643-643A King Georges Road, Penshurst.

The land at 643-643A King Georges Road, Penshurst is Crown Land Reserve, owned by Department of Lands and managed by Georges River Council. The Penshurst Park Youth Facility at 643-643A King Georges Road, Penshurst is part of stage 2 of the Master Plan for Penshurst Park, approved by the former Hurstville City Council in 2015, which was designed to provide the community with a regional centre for sporting excellence.

The purpose of this facility is to provide youth development opportunities and affordable access to youth services, programs and events.
