Tender Description
Expressions of interest are sought from suitably licensed and experienced builders for clubhouse renovations and construction of a new public amenity and change room facility of approximately 140m2 and a new covered viewing deck for Leichhardt Junior Soccer at Pezzutti Park – Windarra St , Woree.
A select list of tenderers will be chosen from those who have registered.
Tender Period – 3 weeks commencing late March 2021
Construction period – Works are required to be complete by years end.
