Overview
The Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources is seeking an Associate Service Desk Analyst to deliver customer-focused Level 1 digital support across a range of technologies and services.
The Role
The role is an APS 4 Digital Support Analyst position. The Digital Support Analyst will:
- Deliver customer-focused Level 1 digital support across a range of technologies and services
- Work with teams across the Enabling and Business Services Group to triage requests
- Resolve common issues and escalate more complex matters when required
- Provide Level one ICT digital support for all department staff, including Portfolio Agencies
