Overview
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking one (including a merit list) Senior Dynamics 365 Test Analyst at SFIA 4 level to support testing of the Department's core business processing systems.
The Role
The role includes:
- Leading a team to test the function and interfaces of the systems which make up the Department's core business processing systems
- Preparing, estimating, managing and reviewing testing documentation
- Ensuring relevant testing strategies and plans follow best practice and that management of risks is considered
- Providing training on technical testing processes
- Working closely with other test analysts to achieve testing outcomes
- Working in an agile/iterative environment and undertaking specialist or technical research and analysis activities
- Identifying opportunities for automation within software processes, using scripts that test functionality
- Undertaking test preparation, test execution, defect management, and technical troubleshooting activities
Role Requirements
- Ability to communicate across a range of media types, using various styles to suit different audiences
- Understanding and embracing the agency's various ways of working, with an agile approach to collaboration and delivery of services
