Overview
This is an Advance Tender Notice from the Victorian School Building Authority (Department of Education, VIC) to receive notification from parties interested in tendering for a school funded project at Outdoor School-Fifteen Mile Creek. This advance tender notice is not the actual tender and no tender documentation is provided at this stage. The Victorian School Building Authority intends to release a Request for Tender in October 2026.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Dining Hall refurbishment, including removal and replacement of the current room to increase capacity, while the existing facility remains operational
Contractor Requirements
- Current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification, level amount no less than $2,000,000
How to Apply
Interested parties must email their company details to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering. The email subject heading should be clearly marked ATN-SF-7618-OSFMC-26 for Victorian School Building Authority.
A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will decide which firms are invited to submit a tender based on the firm's experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
