⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking registrations of interest from main contractors to carry out roofing works at Kerikeri High School.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Block 2: Roofing replacement to 5 classrooms, including selected membrane areas
  • Block 35: Replacement of internal gutter membrane and minor internal leak remediation works
  • Block 14: Re-pitching and replacement of the roof over the classroom

Contract Terms and Conditions
