Overview
Urban Plus Limited (UPL), a Council-Controlled Organisation of Hutt City Council, is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary consultant consortium led by an accountable Lead Consultant. The consortium will provide end-to-end planning, design, consenting, engineering, surveying and development support services for the staged residential development at 104 Upper Fitzherbert Road, Wainuiomata.
Purpose
The primary objective of this procurement is to appoint a single, integrated and accountable Lead Consultant consortium. The appointed consortium will support UPL throughout the approximately five-year development programme, from master planning and feasibility through consenting and engineering approvals, construction support, subdivision close-out, and the issue of titles.
