Liverpool City Council invites suitably qualified vendors to submit an Expression of Interest to operate a mobile food service from "The Kiosk" at Homestead Park.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Operation of a mobile food service from The Kiosk at Homestead Park
- Proposals to activate a shipping container or other fixed structure at the site, subject to relevant approvals
