PM122 - Metallic Tank Site Fabricated - Nolans Project

Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a contractor for PM122 - Metallic Tank Site Fabricated, covering the supply, fabrication, quality control, shop detailing, surface treatment, packaging, and delivery of structural steelwork for the Nolans Project.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Complete supply, fabrication, quality control, shop detailing, surface treatment, packaging, and delivery of approximately 5,000 tonnes of structural steelwork for the Nolans Project
• Provision of all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, tooling, consumables, transportation, and services necessary to deliver a complete fit-for-purpose package
• Fabrication, coatings and linings, QA/QC, and preparation for shipment of steel tanks
• Shipment of tanks in segments, as tanks in this package are too large for shipping as complete units; generally tanks are larger than 6m in diameter or greater than 4.5m in diameter and 4.8m in height
• Fabrication using materials including carbon, stainless, and duplex steels
• Application of internal linings including epoxy and rubber
• Fabrication of approximately 80-90 tanks in total

Design and detailing are excluded from this scope, as detailed fabrication packs will be supplied.
