⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (ACT) is seeking a Change Manager to fill the role of ICT Divisional Operations and Change Manager, responsible for supporting the effective operation of the ICT Division through strategic planning, operational coordination, organisational change management, communications, workforce initiatives, governance activities, and stakeholder engagement.

The Role

  • Work closely with ICT executives, directors, business areas, and project teams to ensure divisional priorities are effectively planned, communicated, monitored, and delivered
  • Drive the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives
  • Support organisational transformation activities
  • Ensure business readiness for changes arising from ICT programs, projects, and operating model reforms
