Metro South Health is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision, delivery, installation and commissioning of a demountable building to be located on the Redland Hospital campus. The proposed facility is intended to provide administrative accommodation for hospital staff.

About

The facility will provide modern, functional and compliant office accommodation for approximately 90 administrative staff within an open-plan working environment, supported by a range of meeting, breakout and staff amenity spaces.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision, delivery, installation and commissioning of a demountable building on the Redland Hospital campus
• Open plan office to accommodate approximately 90 staff
• Small reception or waiting area (seating for 3) at the building entrance
• 10 single-person offices
• 2 meeting rooms with capacity for 8 to 12 people
• 2 quiet or breakout spaces
• Amenities meeting all necessary guidelines and standards
• Photocopy and stationery area
• Supporting areas including a cleaners room and a communications room

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced in the provision, delivery, installation and commissioning of demountable buildings
• Proposed solution must be suitable for a healthcare campus environment and provide a high-quality workplace aligned with contemporary office accommodation standards
