Overview
The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking a provider to deliver Integration Architecture Services, covering the design, governance, and management of integration solutions across the agency's systems and platforms.
Scope
The scope includes:
Integration Architecture
- Design and develop complex integration solutions using Workato to connect various systems and applications
- Create and maintain reusable integration patterns and templates to accelerate development
- Ensure integration solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks
- Lead the deployment of the GEARS framework to ensure robust integration practices
- Support the establishment of key governance processes, best practices, and standards, including naming conventions and change management
Platform Governance
- Define and enforce governance policies, standards, and procedures for Workato platform usage
- Define security guidelines and access control measures, establishing guardrails for shared environments
- Monitor and report on platform health, integration performance and capacity planning, ensuring systems function optimally
Business Technology and Strategy
- Participate in budgeting and cost management for integration projects
- Measure and report on the value provided by integration solutions to the agency
Compliance Management
- Design and manage security access request processes, ensuring compliance with policies
- Configure and operate audit log streaming and monitor access logs for security incidents
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify integration challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Regularly update stakeholders on integration development processes and costs
