Contractor Requirements

Contract Terms and Conditions
- On award and prior to commencement of works, the QBuild Supervisor will arrange a prestart meeting with the successful tenderer to discuss site and project specifics
- Attendance at the prestart meeting is mandatory and must be attended by the contractor's representative
