Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

South Burnett Regional Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to renovate one bathroom located at Drayton Villas, 9/115 Drayton Street, Nanango. This unit is currently vacant and awaiting these renovations before re-tenanting.

Scope

The works will include but are not limited to:

  • Removal of all wall and flooring tiles
  • Replacement of existing shower, hand basin and toilet suite

Instructions to Tenderers

The start date for the works will be discussed with the successful tenderer.
