⁠⁠⁠Overview

Merri-bek City Council is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) for special projects or events for inclusion in the 2027 Brunswick Music Festival program. The festival runs from 28 February to 7 March 2027, bringing a week of live music, community celebration and performances to Merri-bek.

Scope

The Council is seeking big ideas for special projects or events that can happen only in a festival context. The scope includes:

  • Exciting show concepts
  • Venue take-overs
  • Full concert line-ups
  • Special music projects
  • Creation of new work
  • Album releases
  • Other ideas suited only to a festival context
