Overview
Austin Health is seeking a specialist provider to undertake a Pathology Logistics Discovery Review, establishing a reliable starting point for future improvement. The engagement is a focused discovery review, not the commencement of a transformation program and not the validation of a predetermined solution.
Scope
The engagement is limited to a discovery review. It does not include:
- Detailed solution design
- Implementation
- Procurement of operational services
- Legal advice
- Engineering design
- System implementation
Any further work beyond the discovery review would be subject to separate approval and engagement.
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Fixed-fee engagement in the order of $25,000 excluding GST
- Delivery period of approximately 4 to 6 weeks
Contractor Requirements
- Respondents should propose a proportionate approach to the engagement
- Respondents should identify the expertise of the personnel who will personally perform the work
