Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Services for the Quambie Park Residential Aged Care Expansion Project
- Demolition of two existing dwellings
- Site preparation works
- New services infrastructure
- Construction of a new 15-bed residential aged care wing
- Construction of residential accommodation for aged care nursing staff
- Associated civil, landscaping and external works
