Overview
The City of Burnside invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of annual air conditioning maintenance and lifecycle works across Council-owned and managed facilities.
Objectives
The following outcomes are to be achieved through this contract:
- Safe, reliable and efficient operation of HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems
- Compliance with relevant legislation, Australian Standards and manufacturer recommendations
- Reduced equipment downtime and improved service responsiveness
- Improved asset management and lifecycle planning
- Value for money through a collaborative and transparent service delivery model
- Identification of opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs
Scope
- Provision of annual air conditioning maintenance and lifecycle works across Council-owned and managed facilities
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Contract term of three (3) years, with optional extensions of one (1) year plus one (1) year
