The Department of Housing and Works (WA) is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of routine maintenance for HVAC mechanical systems across various sites and various agencies in the Kimberley Region.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Inspection of HVAC mechanical systems
- Testing of HVAC mechanical systems
- Servicing of HVAC mechanical systems
- Maintenance of HVAC mechanical systems
- Reporting on HVAC mechanical systems
- Identification of faults in HVAC mechanical systems
