Debt Recovery Services

North East Water is seeking information from debt recovery service providers as part of a Request for Information (RFI) to better understand current market capabilities, service delivery models, commercial arrangements, and industry best practice for debt recovery services.

Purpose

This RFI is an information-gathering exercise only and is intended to inform North East Water's future procurement planning. Responses will assist North East Water in evaluating available market offerings, including approaches to customer engagement, vulnerable customer management, regulatory compliance, performance reporting, cyber security, and debt recovery outcomes. North East Water is particularly interested in solutions that balance effective debt recovery with customer care.
