Overview
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is seeking an Associate Change & Communications Officer to support the Enabling Eight (En8) Program by planning and executing change support and deliverables.
The Role
As a Change and Communications Specialist, the role will act as the conduit between the En8 Program and the AEC's Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO), working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose materials are developed to support change readiness.
The focus of the role will be to create and support the delivery of tailored change materials that enhance people's ability to apply, respond to, embed, and adapt to changes throughout the agency.
