Healy SS And Happy Valley SS - New Car Park

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for new car parks located at Healy SS and Happy Valley SS.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Construction of a new car park at Healy SS
• Construction of a new car park at Happy Valley SS

Contractor Requirements

Tender submissions will be accepted only from eligible contractors that satisfy the PQC requirements of this project. The Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider, or accept a tender unless the tenderer:

• Is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government's Prequalification (PQC) System
• Satisfies financial requirements
• Meets project-specific criteria
