Overview
The Town of Port Hedland is seeking a contractor to provide event management services for the Fireworks Spectacular, to be held on Tuesday, 26 January 2026 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at Kevin Scott Oval, Hamilton Road, South Hedland. This will be an externally delivered event, with the Town holding a partnership role in the event.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Event administration
- Coordination of food and beverage vendors
- Coordination of entertainment and activities
- Conducting community perception surveys

- Project budget: $155,000.00 (ex. GST)
