PE074 - High Voltage Variable Speed Drives - Nolans Project

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a supplier for High Voltage Variable Speed Drives (HV VSDs) and associated equipment for the Nolans Project.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of all items within the battery limits identified in Section 4.2, required for fully functioning HV VSDs and associated equipment that meet the duty specified in the datasheets
• Supply of the equipment listed in the HV Variable Speed Drive Material Requisition, as specified in the associated HV Variable Speed Drive Datasheet (NRE-4000-E-DAT-E-0002), including unit pricing for the package items listed in the Equipment Schedule
• Provision of all items, accessories and services that are usual or necessary to complete the work and achieve the specified performance, including those not specifically mentioned in the Requisition
• Procurement of parts and materials, fabrication, painting and protective coating, and testing
• Pre-assembly of the equipment to the maximum extent practicable, in accordance with the transport limitations in the Project Equipment Shipping and Packing Specification NRE-0000-P-SPC-U-0001
• Supply of all instrumentation necessary for protection of the HV VSDs, as defined in the Variable Speed Drive (VSD) Specification NRE-0000-E-SPC-E-0007 and the datasheets
• Supply of enclosures and mounting accessories for the VSDs to meet the required ingress protection rating, as specified in the Variable Speed Drive (VSD) Specification NRE-0000-E-SPC-E-0007
• Supply of external or integrated transformers, as defined in the Variable Speed Drive (VSD) Specification NRE-0000-E-SPC-E-0007 and the datasheet
• Supply of output filters and other accessories nominated by the Supplier to suit the application and cable lengths
• Supply of the HV VSD quantities as listed in PE074 - HV Variable Speed Drives Material Requisition H366551-PE074-260-180-0001
