Scope
The scope includes:

- Works quoted for completion during normal hours, meeting the requirements of the specification
Contractor Requirements
- Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement) for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite
- Attend a mandatory prestart meeting with the QBuild Supervisor, arranged on award and prior to commencement of works, to discuss site and project specifics; this meeting must be attended by the contractor's representative
- Provide a cost break up of each element outlined in the Job Summary at time of tender
- Confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing, noting that all measurements provided are approximate and for quoting purposes only
