The scope includes:

- Works to be quoted for completion during normal hours and to meet the requirements of the specification
Contractor Requirements
- Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a SWMS for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite
- Attend the mandatory prestart meeting, arranged by the QBuild Supervisor on award and prior to commencement of works, to discuss site and project specifics; attendance by the contractor's representative is mandatory
- Confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing, as all measurements provided in the tender are approximate and for quoting purposes only
