Contractor Requirements

• The tendered vehicle must comply with all appropriate regulations and standards
• Submissions must conform with the mandatory items identified in the Conditions of Tender

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Hire term covers the 2026/2027 road construction season, with an option to extend for an additional 2 years
• Tenderers must review the Contract Terms & Conditions issued with the tender, and note any non-conformances at the time of submission

Submission requires compulsory completion of an online form, including uploading key information next to the appropriate question. Please review all questions prior to responding to gain a full understanding of the response requirements and time commitment.

Submissions may only be lodged electronically via eProcure at www.eprocure.com.au/sthgrampians/. Council is not responsible for upload times to the electronic Tender Box. When uploading a submission, tenderers must click on "Submit" before the Tender Closing Time. Tenderers will receive a successful submission receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
