⁠⁠⁠Overview

Livingstone Shire Council is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of twelve (12) utility vehicles, including all accessories, fit-out, documentation, warranties and associated requirements necessary to provide the vehicles in accordance with the Contract and Technical Specification.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and delivery of twelve (12) utility vehicles, comprising a combination of 2WD and 4WD configurations, including extra cab and dual cab variants, as detailed in the Tender Documents
• Provision of all associated accessories and fit-out for the vehicles
• Provision of associated documentation and warranties

Contractor Requirements

• All vehicles supplied must be new, fit for purpose and fully compliant with the Technical Specification at the time of delivery

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The Contract will be administered under Council's Goods and Services Agreement
• Council may award the vehicles in whole or in part
• Delivery may occur in stages, subject to the requirements and delivery timeframes specified in the Tender Documents
