MKY TTC Car Park - Construction

CQUniversity Australia (CQU) invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction of a proposed extension to an existing car park, including all documented associated works, at the CQU Mackay Ooralea Campus, Trades Training Centre, located at 171 Boundary Road, Ooralea.

About

The Trades Training Centre offers a range of vocational education and training programs across various trade disciplines, including automotive, engineering, and construction. This section of the campus was constructed in the early 2010s. The existing car park is located to the north of the Centre and adjacent to Boundary Road.

Purpose

Due to growth, including new facilities, additional trade programs, and increased block training numbers, additional parking for staff and students is now required.

• Construction of a proposed extension to the existing car park at the CQU Mackay Ooralea Campus, Trades Training Centre
• Completion of all documented associated works related to the car park extension
