The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Elderslie Reserve AFL Sports Lighting contract.
Scope
- Undertaking the AFL sports lighting upgrade works at Elderslie Reserve

Contract Terms and Conditions
- Tenderers must review the Contract Terms and Conditions issued with the tender
- Any non-conformances must be submitted at the time of tender submission, as per the eProcure Response Schedule 'Compliance and Viability' section
Instructions to Tenderers
- Tenderers should review the eProcure Response Schedule at the beginning of the tender period
- All submissions must be provided online as an electronic response, with all questions within the schedule answered
- Tenderers must answer all questions in each section and provide supporting documentation where required
- Tenderers must not upload a single proposal in response to one question and answer remaining questions with 'please see answer in uploaded proposal'
- Tenderers should be aware of the format and content of the schedule when collating their submission and follow this format
- Instructions are available at the beginning of the eProcure Response Schedule; failure to respond in the required format may result in the tender submission not being evaluated
- All questions must be asked online by the closing time for questions, and answers will be provided by the tender panel accordingly
