The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts is seeking an Organisational Change Management Officer to support digital and technology initiatives within the Information Technology and Data Division.

The Role

The role will operate within the Digital Delivery Support Office and involves the following:

  • Planning, leading and supporting change management activities across digital and technology initiatives
  • Working closely with project teams, business areas, senior leaders and impacted stakeholders
  • Supporting successful adoption, readiness and transition to new ways of working
