The works form part of the Learning Support Property Modifications (LSPM) and 5YA approved programme. The Occupational Therapist Recommendation Report and the Kura's 2025/26 10 Year Property Plan (10YPP), together with condition assessments, identified the need for an accessible bathroom, associated site accessibility works, and remedial building works.
