Overview
Metro North Hospital Health Service (MNHHS) is seeking a Supplier or Non-Government Organisation (NGO) with the capability and capacity to establish an operational partnership with Metro North Mental Health (MNMH) for the delivery of Step-up Step-down (SUSD) services at the Mental Health facility at Nundah.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Delivery of Step-up Step-down (SUSD) services in partnership with Metro North Mental Health
- Provision of 24-hour non-clinical support to complement clinical services
- Delivery of psychosocial rehabilitation to support consumers in their recovery
Contractor Requirements
- Capability and capacity to establish an operational partnership with Metro North Mental Health for the delivery of SUSD services

A briefing session will be held for this opportunity.

It is mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session to submit an offer. Suppliers are requested to nominate who will be attending (a maximum of two participants per Supplier) by 10 am Queensland time on 02 September 2026.
