Overview
The Town of Bassendean is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of Traffic Management Services, Traffic Management Consultancy Services, Traffic Management Training Services and Generic Traffic Management Plan Development, under Request for Quotation (RFQ 43/2026).
Scope
The scope includes:
- Traffic Management Services
- Traffic Management Consultancy Services
- Traffic Management Training Services
- Generic Traffic Management Plan Development
- Activities necessary to ensure the safe movement of vehicular and pedestrian traffic and the protection of persons, property and infrastructure at work sites throughout the Town of Bassendean
Contract Terms and Conditions
The Contract may be awarded in the following separable portions:
- Traffic Management Services
- Consultancy, Training and Generic Traffic Management Plans

Contractor Requirements
Suppliers must be suitably qualified and experienced. Full Selection Criteria are contained within the RFQ documentation.
Instructions to Tenderers
Interested suppliers are encouraged to obtain and review the RFQ documents and submit a quotation in accordance with the requirements specified therein. RFQ documents are available from Saturday, 29 August 2025 and can be obtained via the Town's e-procurement portal. Full submission requirements are contained within the RFQ documentation.
RFQ Lodgement: Town of Bassendean e-procurement portal.
Canvassing of any Town of Bassendean Councillors or Officers will disqualify Respondents from further consideration.
