⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Town of Bassendean invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Arboricultural Consultants to undertake inspections of street and reserve trees within the Town of Bassendean.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Inspection of street and reserve trees within the Town of Bassendean
• Primary focus on tree species susceptible to the Polyphagous Shot-Hole Borer (PSHB)
• Assessment of other trees located within the same streets and reserves as part of the inspection program

Contractor Requirements

Comprehensive details regarding the scope of works, Conditions of Contract, Specification, Selection Criteria, and supporting documentation are contained within the Town's RFQ document.

Instructions to Tenderers

• Interested consultants are encouraged to review the RFQ documentation and submit their quotation in accordance with the requirements outlined therein
• RFQ documents are available from Saturday, 29 August 2025 and can be obtained via the Town's e-procurement portal
• RFQ lodgement is via the Town of Bassendean e-procurement portal
• Canvassing of any Town of Bassendean Councillors or Officers will disqualify Respondents from further consideration
