Overview
The City of Casey invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the reconstruction of Pitch 1 at Prospect Hill Recreation Reserve.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Reconstruction of the existing natural turf soccer field at Pitch 1, Prospect Hill Recreation Reserve
- Installation of a new subsurface drainage system
- Irrigation upgrades integrated with Council's Rain Bird network
- Turf establishment
- Associated civil works
Objectives
The works aim to improve field performance, drainage, safety, durability, and year-round usability for community sport.
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified to undertake the reconstruction works
