Cushman & Wakefield, on behalf of the Client, Property NSW Pty Ltd, is seeking tenders for the provision of Auto Doors, Gates and Roller Shutters maintenance services on behalf of Property and Development NSW Pty Ltd (PDNSW).

For the purposes of this RFT, Supplier Services will cover the provision of Auto Doors, Gates and Roller Shutters maintenance services on behalf of Property and Development NSW Pty Ltd (PDNSW). Further details are set out across the RFT documentation, including Part A for further details, Part B for the Scope of Works, Part C for the Draft Contract, Part D for Supplier Response Submissions and Part E for Supplier Pricing Response submissions.

Instructions to Tenderers
- Refer to Part A for further details, Part B for the Scope of Works, Part C for the Draft Contract, Part D for Supplier Response Submissions and Part E for Supplier Pricing Response submissions
- Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box
- Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion
- Cushman & Wakefield is not bound to accept the lowest priced submission, or all or any part of a submission, and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit
- Cushman & Wakefield staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the RFT
- Late, verbal, or emailed submissions will not be accepted
