Overview
The Australian National University (ANU) is seeking to undertake a discovery engagement focused on developing a single view of work across the organisation, covering investment, capacity, value, outcomes, risks and delivery performance.
Purpose
ANU currently lacks a consistent enterprise-wide view of investment, work, capacity, value, outcomes, risks and delivery performance. Information is dispersed across portfolios, systems, teams and reporting mechanisms, limiting visibility, accountability and evidence-based decision making.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Assessment of ANU's current operating environment, including tooling and ways of working
- Development of a roadmap for improving strategic alignment, investment visibility, governance, prioritisation, benefits realisation and reporting
- Provision of recommendations regarding future optimisation of existing tools and ways of working
- Provision of recommendations regarding governance structures and reporting approaches required to improve decision making and performance
The engagement is focused on discovery and strategic design only. It will not select or implement tooling.
