This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is seeking to engage a Siteminder Consultant to provide independent advice on changes to the configuration and installation of the ACIC Siteminder platform.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Provision of independent advice on changes to the configuration and installation of the ACIC Siteminder platform
  • Provision of best-practice guidance and hands-on assistance for the configuration and implementation of OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 within SiteMinder, including consideration of any ACIC-specific requirements
  • Review of the current ACIC access control architecture, provision of recommendations, and assistance with the implementation and validation of approved improvements
  • Provision of technical guidance and hands-on support for the upgrade of SiteMinder from version 12.8 SP7 to version 12.9, including upgrade planning, configuration review, testing support, and issue resolution
  • Provision of guidance and hands-on configuration to conduct a multi-factor authentication (MFA) trial
  • Desirable: guidance and practical assistance with the upgrade of CA Directory
