⁠⁠⁠Overview

Ashburton District Council is seeking Proposals from suitably qualified respondents for a turnkey replacement of the existing UV disinfection system at the Rakaia Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Purpose

This RFP seeks to restore reliable treatment performance, reduce consent compliance risk, and secure a maintainable long-term disinfection solution for the Rakaia Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Design of a replacement UV disinfection system for the Rakaia Wastewater Treatment Plant
  • Supply of the replacement UV disinfection system
  • Installation of the replacement UV disinfection system
  • Testing of the replacement UV disinfection system
  • Commissioning of the replacement UV disinfection system
  • Handover of the replacement UV disinfection system to Ashburton District Council
