The Kiosk is situated on the doorstep of Port Kembla beach, with high foot traffic from beachgoers, surf club patrons, locals and tourists.

Scope

• Leasing and operating the commercial food and beverage business located at the Port Kembla Pool Kiosk

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The proposed lease agreement period is for an initial five years, with an option to extend for a further five years (5+5)
• Exercising of any option for extension is to be in accordance with the proposed agreement
