Property Management of Wall Street Mall

Dunedin City Council is seeking a supplier to provide property management services for Wall Street Mall, located at 211 George Street in the heart of Dunedin's retail precinct.

About

Wall Street Mall is owned by the Dunedin City Council (DCC) and forms part of the Property Services Investment Portfolio.

Purpose

The Council is seeking a long-term partnership of up to 7 years with a supplier who can apply good commercial property management practices to increase returns, support tenants, and grow the asset in line with the Council's Investment goals.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Managing and reporting on all operational aspects of Wall Street Mall
• Reactive and planned maintenance
• Marketing activities
• Negotiating and securing new leases
• Managing lease renewals or variations

Contractor Requirements

• Capability to apply good commercial property management practices to increase returns, support tenants, and grow the asset in line with Council's Investment goals

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Long-term partnership of up to 7 years
