The City of Victor Harbor is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of two operational utility vehicles, with one vehicle to be traded in, to support the Council's fleet used for delivering services across its infrastructure, assets and community facilities.

About

The City of Victor Harbor operates a fleet of vehicles to support the delivery of services across its infrastructure, assets and community facilities. Council intends to procure two operational utility vehicles to maintain an efficient, reliable and safe fleet.

Purpose

The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Council's Procurement Policy and applicable legislative requirements to achieve value for money and ensure the supply of fit-for-purpose vehicles that meet Council's operational needs.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and delivery of a replacement Manager Operations 4x4 Twin Cab Ute
• Supply and delivery of a new Operations 4x4 Dual Cab Ute
• Trade-in of one existing vehicle

Contractor Requirements

• Vehicles must be suitable for operational and maintenance activities requiring towing capability and off-road performance
• Vehicles must comply with Council's fleet safety and environmental standards
