The Territory, on behalf of Canberra Health Services (CHS), is seeking a suitably experienced supplier to provide window cleaning services under an ongoing arrangement, subject to scheduled periodical reviews.

Scope

• Provision of window cleaning services under an ongoing arrangement, subject to scheduled periodical reviews, to support the current and future operational requirements of CHS

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection

A briefing session and site inspections will be held for this opportunity.

• Location: Canberra Hospital, Yamba Drive, Garran, ACT, Australia, 2605

Two locations for site inspection will occur on this day:

• Canberra Hospital, Yamba Drive, Garran ACT (commencing at 10.00am)
• North Canberra Hospital, 5 Mary Potter Circuit, Bruce ACT (immediately following the first site visit)

Suppliers should plan for attending multiple locations across the Territory and allow sufficient time for travel between sites. Suppliers are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

Suppliers need to register their attendees through Tenders ACT, providing the name, title, phone number, and email address of each participant no later than close of business Wednesday, 2 September 2026. Registration closes on 2 September 2026 05:00 pm.
